My name is Throstur Sigurdsson and I love my city and I want to tell you all about it.

Born in 1979, raised in Reykjavik and have a Bachelors degree in Sports, Social and Leisure studies from the University of Iceland.

Throstur actually means a small bird, like a bluebird or a robin, thanks mom and dad…But I also have a nickname, Toddi, and Toddy is a hot whisky drink, I´m more fond of that 🙂

I don´t get paid doing this I just do it because I love stuff and writing about stuff.
