Valdís is a small family run ice cream maker store in the area of Grandi very close to the town center. There you can get all sorts of ice cream flavours that variate from day-to-day.
I went for the rasperry on top and Reese´s Peanut Butter Cup flavoured at the bottom and the cones….oh my god! They are made in the store, check out their website, even though it´s in Icelandic you can enjoy the pictures….or put your Google Translate to work 🙂
Now, the location isn´t ver well marked but you just follow the smell of warm waffles and you will probably be able to spot the que from a mile, but it´s totally worth the trip.
